Dear Face to Face Friend,<\/p>

I\u2019m excited to share\u00a0our annual report for fiscal year 2023<\/strong>\u00a0<\/a>with you, as we celebrate Face to Face\u2019s commitment to meeting the needs of youth in our community.\u00a0<\/p>

As young people have grown, we have grown with them. This has resulted in more young people experiencing health, joy, prosperity, connection, and success:\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

The growth Face to Face is experiencing is evident in some of the numbers from the past year, and it\u2019s thanks to incredible community support from people like you:\u00a0<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

  • 3,239\u00a0youth accessed services\u00a0from Face to Face,<\/strong>\u00a0a remarkable 59% increase.<\/li>
  • 1,481 youth had 16,750 visits to our day shelter,<\/strong>\u00a0reflecting a substantial 76% increase.<\/li>
  • $6,375,170\u00a0raised from the community to support youth,<\/strong>\u00a0an incredible\u00a027% growth in revenue.\u00a0<\/li>
  • 175\u00a0dedicated\u00a0volunteers, interns, and residents gave 7,893 hours\u00a0of service<\/strong>\u00a0valued at\u00a0$250,982<\/strong>\u2014an\u00a0impressive increase of 136%\u00a0in community engagement.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>

    In addition to these milestones, we\u2019re thrilled to announce the City of St. Paul Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) approved Face to Face\u2019s request to develop a mixed-use facility with 20 units of deeply affordable housing for youth across the street from our clinic. Our sincere gratitude goes out to the City of St. Paul HRA, Board of Commissioners, and the City Council for making this possible.\u00a0<\/p>

    Young people need the whole community working jointly to improve physical and mental health, financial literacy, food security, housing stability, employment, and much more, because in spite of our transformative services, the needs of our community are growing exponentially. \u00a0<\/p>
